| We offer a range of services from fine printing to prepress to bindery. |

| 2) | What file types do we accept? |
| We accept files from all the latest programs:
Quark, InDesign, Illustrator, FreeHand.
We also accept Press Ready PDF files.
Please ensure that all files include bleeds (where necessary), embedded or supplied fonts and all linked images. |

| 3) | How do I send files to you? |
| You can submit files to us using any of these methods:
Email - Compress the files and attach them to an email addressed to: classic@telus.net
Web Upload - Go to this link and follow the instructions.
FTP Site - Using FTP software use the following settings:
IP Address: 64.180.108.66
Login Name: Client
Password: email to request password |

| 4) | Can I receive a PDF proof? |
| Yes. We can email you a PDF proof of your job prior to printing. |

| 5) | Should I impose files before sending them? |
| No. It is better for us to receive files as single pages. We use our own imposition software to create our press sheet. |

| 6) | Do I need to change any settings if using Spot Colours? |
| Make sure that Spot Colours are not set as CMYK in your program. Print out Separations to your Laser/Inkjet printer to double check if unsure. |
